I have 3g unlimited( actually not UNLIMITED
) connection which offer for university students. I have exceed my 5gb limit... which limit my connection speed to 64kb/s and I wanted to recover its speed to 7.2mb/s by paying 100/= per day. I called 0777 886886. then they told I have to call customer care and recover it. But day before i called 0777 886886 . Then they told me you must go to a dialog arcade and recover it. Anyway I called 0117100100 because i was confused. And they told me to call 0777 678678. When I call there operator told me that you have university package and you cant recover your speed without paying full normal bill (over 3000/= per month.. why the hell i do that.
).
I'm confused !! When I purchasing this connection they never mentioned about it. I 'm in a 6 month agreement so I cannot withdraw my account and ALSO even in the agreement I haven't seen that sort of condition.
Do anyone got the same problem??? or aren't they telling true?
