Dialog 4G Slow Help

HI,

i am using dialog 4G - 900/= pakage

my uploading is very very slow,

also if i upload a file to mail or something, at that time my download speed is zero. until to upload finish, i can't use the internet.

why is that?

shell I complain to the dialog ?

did you do a speedtest ? put the test server manually to US or Germany instead of local servers.
