Dialog Broadband Users - Pls answer my Question

i bought a dialog mobile broadband connection 2GB allowed last 13th,

checked my usage on myaccount in dialog site and it says i have used 2599MBs already,as i know they don't charge for extra,AM I RIGHT?

they said my speed will b much less than what it is when FUP isnt applied (around 128kbps as they said),but my downloading goes aroung 50kbps ( In torrents) and mobile partner like window shows im even reaching 600kbps mark..am i being CHARGED for this???

can i keep on downloading at this rate even thought my 2GB is over???

ටික කාලෙකින් ජල සම්පාදනයෙන් කියනවා ඔයාට අඟල් 2 පයිප්ප line එකෙන් දෙන්න අමාරුයි කියල.
එහම කියල උන් ඔයාගේ පැත්තට හරවල තියන line එකේ ටැප් එක ටිකක් වහනවා.
එත් ඔයාගේ ගෙදර ලඟට එනකල් එන්නේ අඟල් දෙකේ පයිප්පයක්.
එත් උන් එවන්නේ ඊට වැඩ අඩු වතුර ප්‍රමාණයක්.
ඔය mobile partner එකේ පෙන්නන වේගය තමයි ඔයාගේ ඒ අවස්ථාවේ link ස්පීඩ් එක.
(ඔක සමහර වෙලාවට 2.3MBps වගේ වෙනවා)
එත් Dialog company එක ඔයාගේ FUP පැනපු ගමන් අලුතින් connect වෙනකොට දෙන්නේ වෙන APN එකක්.
එකේ ස්පීඩ් එක කලින් එකට වඩා අඩුයි.
ඕකට පොඩි ක්‍රමයක් තියනවා.
උඹේ 2GB පනින්න කිට්ටු වෙනකොට disconnect නොකර තියපන්.
එතකොට කලින් වේගයම ලැබෙනවා.

you wont be charged any other than ur monthly plan

but you will see after 3gb your down speed will be limited to 128kbps

Dialog doesnt charge for extra usage. After the FUP application it will become slow. But also i should tell you if this is the first month, you will receive a PRO RATED bill. i.e :
490/- + TAXES + PRO RATED = 1ST MONTH BILL.
