airtel
but industry rate is 20% -30%

Nothing like that in my detail bill.I'll post it for your reference if u want. Other thing, VAT is not something u can charge in any rate u want. It's a government (Inland revenu dept) control thing. So if any1 doing such a thing any 1 can sue against them.

Most funny part is as u said if they charge additional amount as VAT then it won't go to Dialogs revenue but to governmet income because VAT on customers is collected by the service provides but then remitt to Inlan Revenue dept. I think who ever draft this mail has no knowledge at all on there areas.

Life time discount is a choice of a customer. U can't blame Dialog for that. Because all mobile service providers charge such amounts on customer. U know, all of them give things like discount, additional talk time, incoming free time etc based on daily rental or some lumpsum payments. So it's customers choice to go for them or not.

other thing is what u r saying in this post is completly wrong. In Dialog group GSM is the profit making venture. TV & internet still in developing stage and still they r loss making since lot of investments in them still. If u want 2 prove go 2 dialog site corporate section & go through annual report and interim finacial statement.

Hey guys yesterday one of my friend brought a New Dialog Broadband connection for his lap... so i told him to get da mobitel M3 pkge but he decide to go to Dialog B'coz of they r giving some discount for da university student.
So we go to da dialog future center for get that.. this is how they describe

0 - 5 GB Download speed 7.2 Mbps Upload - 2 Mbps
5 - 6 GB Download speed 384 Kbps Upload - 128 Kbps
more 6 GB Download speed 64 Kbps Upload - can't remebber
