Dialog HSDPA help needed.........

I'm a Dialog HSDPA user and couldn't download anything in Rapidshare becoz of the shared IP............... Also I cannot log into Public networks like Facebook and Elakiri (Page load error appears) So I want to know from you guys about any solution........ Thanks.!!!!!!!!!!!
