I have experienced the same with them and complained 3 times. even mail them and never replied.
first they twist their Fair user policy and ask me to join for 100 rupee pkg per day.
that is worst.
their cus care unit 886886 people dont know anything about this (speed or FUP) or just act like babies and keep on transferring to technical division. i'm so sorry about tech guys!!
how ever they cld them slvs reputed telecommunication company !!!
