Dialog thawath hora wadak

This happened to me on last Friday....

Suddenly I received a ADA DERANA news alert. Which I have deactivated long time ago. I was wonder whether it's given freely.

So I called to customer care and ask about this. But they said It's not freely available and you have already charged for that service. They also said that I have activated it. Then I said no I dint.

Then I said need to do a complain for this and refund my money. Then they put my complain and they still working on it...

Please you guys be alert these tricks they doing.. If was not toking about this, they will easily take VAS charge from me.

What will happen if they do it again to someone else.

one person charge for it = Rs. 30 ( without VAT I think )
one million = Rs. 30 x 10 00 000
Thirty Million...

Keep your eyes open.....
