Weâre Hiring: CRM / Loyalty Specialist
Weâre looking for a hands-on CRM / Loyalty Specialist to execute and optimize lifecycle and loyalty journeys across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise and a detail-oriented, execution-first mindset.
Experience: 3â5 years
Platform: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

What Youâll Do
Build and deploy lifecycle journeys across Push, In-app, Email, and SMS
Manage campaigns for onboarding, tier movement, inactivity, and earn/burn use cases
Execute audience segmentation (VIP, tier-based, behavioral, mall/location-level cohorts)
Run A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, message variations)
Own campaign QA to ensure accuracy of offers, links, copy, and assets
Track daily performance and proactively flag issues
Collaborate closely with content, design, and loyalty teams

Technical Requirements & Expertise
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including:
Journey Builder
Email Studio
Mobile Studio (Push, In-app, SMS)
Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey logic
Experience with end-to-end campaign execution (build, QA, deploy, optimize)
Familiarity with Automation Studio and basic SQL is a plus

Qualifications
3â5 years of experience in CRM operations, lifecycle marketing, or loyalty marketing
Solid understanding of loyalty mechanics (points, tiers, redemptions, eligibility)
Experience working with consumer brands, retail, or app-based platforms
High attention to detail and comfort managing high-volume campaigns
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus
