Doctor job in Austraila

Hi,

I'm a final year medical student. After my final exams I want to migrate to Australia. But I have few questions

1. Is it better to complete my internship and register as a doctor here before migrating?
2. If I want to do my post graduate studies in Australia what are my constraints?
3. What are the steps of registering as a doctor in Australia?

Please reply if you know answers to this questions. I hope there are at least few Sri Lankan doctors who work in Australia have subscribed to Elakiri.
