As a Vendor we have right to do so at any moment; Also we don’t understand how any harm is done to you as You have not paid Any kind of advanced payment towards us.As a company we should be Held accountable if we did a Price change after you paid a Advanced amount towards a Product.Also We do not increase prices according to how you sound “Well to do” on phone.If you are not satisfied with us,It’s fine.You could always try another vendor and See not always the prices on their site is updated 24/7.

You could alwayS try reputed dealers like cameralk and Compare their prices with the website after you call.Not everything is updated overnight.
Also we are not dishonest and we do not measure people via how they call.

Regarding your issue on price changes on our website;I don't have to explain all this to you since it's clear you have not the slightest idea of how a business is done;
Most products on our website display the correct price while some does not.We cannot make all the prices accurate daily of every product due to changes in Exchange Rates,shipping prices and Taxes.We try our best to keep the prices up-to date.

Customers don't make plans just by referring the website just by a day.Also We have not made the possibility to buy online.We have every right to change the prices without a notification to a customer which we have not received a order as we have mentioned in our policy.

As we have mentioned in our policy every decision regarding our prices and what's displayed in our website is decided by us and us only.If you are not satisfied with us;not satisfied with the way we operate you are more than welcome to buy from any place you like.We encourage people like you to buy from elsewhere due to difficulty to understand simple facts like our policy.

Also regarding this person who actually called us and raged all over- We clearly mentioned to you the price over the phone;which was around the time our hosting was being moved;however you checked the website after it was back online after a day or so and started raging because the price was 10k below the price we mentioned you.If you had common sense you would have understood that the price mentioned on website has not been updated. nevertheless we clearly mentioned you the price and it was the cheapest price in sri lanka until today even.
Regarding your "well off and - " THEY KNEW THAT I WAS A WELL OFF and Wealthy Person part" we dont have some power to know whether our caller/customer is rich or wealthy just by talking to them.But in your case as soon as we saw your facebook profile we realized what kind of person you are.


You can rage all you want,create all the videos you want.It would not hurt our business by a cent.
Its a pleasure to not do business with people with a mindset like yours.
