If you're unable to successfully install Google Chrome, try the following steps:

- Follow the uninstall process to remove all relevant Google Chrome files on your computer. Then download the latest installation file from http://www.google.com/chrome and reinstall.
- If you're still unable to install Google Chrome, delete the 'Google Chrome' folder from the following locations:
- Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\
- Windows Vista: \Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Google\
- If the above steps fail, please let us know so that we can investigate the problem. If possible, attach the installation log in your report. The installation log is located in the following folders on your computer:
- Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\<user>\Local Settings\Temp\chrome_installer.log
- Windows Vista: \Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\chrome_installer.log

There you will find a folder called "Default". Rename it to "Backup".
- in WIndows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<replace with da User Name on PC>\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Google Chrome\User Data\
- in Vista:C:\Users\<replace with da User Name on PC>\AppData\Local\Google\Google Chrome\User Data\
Then try opening Google Chrome.
Even if that fails then go again to that location where u renamed the folder and Cut the folder (not copy, Cut) and paste it in:
