oya vista da use karanne???..... if its is vista and if u are using Symantec End Point Protection there is a prob... some security bug or some crap.. if this is the case podi solution ekak thiyenawa:
To resolve the problem you need to disable Application and Device Control from Symantec Endpoint Protection.

In "Add/Remove Programs", find
Symantec and select "Change" then "Modify."

Uncheck "Application and Device Control"

hotmail karayo jealous wela eh dingata.. lol.. u try to load hotmail thru chrome it shows a splash page.. lol..

nope bro ! I'm using Win-xp and NOD32 as the antivirus guard. So is it this problem coming because of the presence of NOD32 ??
