How to pass the Test

Go 1 hour before written test,go to canteen,look around everywhere,some people there who smile with you(they brokers who appointed by some motor department officers) some they don't,guy who smile with you first call him and offer him a plain tea and tea bun,then start the conversation,ask him where he is from and what he does,if you got a right person he will charge you Rs 100 to 500 to bring copy of the exam papers,so pay him & get the paper go to toilet or where ever you like see them where they underlined,so go to Ur desk and do underline same,you pass 100% and go for practical exam pay Rs 500 bugs to examiner then you done.
