So that means if I buy that, I should request for a BENQ.???
No. I meant, there is no such model as 820B. They have only 820A. The latest model is 830A from Sony.

I heard that Liteon has a 20X model as well.

So what about SAMSUNG?
They were not good some time ago. But I heard that they are getting better. I think they are cheaper as well. I heard several months ago that you could buy a burner for Rs.4,250 at Unity. Remember, I just heard; I didn't see it.

UF., Gampaha.
I want to buy one on tomorrow or before the end of this week.

So. shall I buy a Samsung one?

That's the only brand I can find in Gampaha.
There may be more. but there is only one place I trust...

    RSamsung SH-S182D Review

The write quality is OK (generally good), but not up to the level of Benq, NEC or Liteon. And it can read DVD+/-R/RW at 12X max. That's a shame.

Not sure if they are available. But if the discs are of very good quality, I think they can work at 20x. There is a software called QSuite which comes with Benq drives. Using it, you can over-speed the discs. Not sure about the Liteons.

Benq has a model called DW2000, which is a 20X burner.
