That's the WHOLE IDEA!!! If a CPU can get through an hour of IntelBurnTest, NO OTHER PROGRAM WILL CRASH THE SYSTEM...EVER!virajsameera said:IntelBurnTest software eka use karanna epa . eken proccer ekai mother board ekai crash venna puluvan .
Description:
Linpack by Intel(R) is an extremely stressful program that will put even the most powerful X86/X64 CPU in the world at its knees. Load temp under Linpack will be up to 22*C higher than the competing software Prime95. This program will make usage of Linpack easier and more practical.
Keep in mind, use this program at your own risk. By using this program, you agree that neither I nor Intel shall be responsible for including, but not limited to: burned up CPU, fried motherboard, spontaneous room temperature increase, hair loss, or mental stress.

What's the VCore btw?
I was having trouble getting it to POST above 280MHz. But I'm happy with 266x11 (2.93GHz = X6800 with half the cache) and 0.05V undervolted.

@Anusha, You mean 270 FSB? That's the exact problem I had, you need to disable the onboard graphics by going to 'Advanced Chipset Features' and setting it to 'PEG Port' so that onboard is disabled, then save and reboot (DON'T OC YET!), afterwards set up your memory and CPU FSB, save and reboot. Go back to the BIOS and 'Load Optimized Defaults' and set disable the onboard video, set the memory and CPU FSB and save and reboot, now you'll be able to OC as much as you want.
I faced this problem with my previous two boards and found this trick by mistake on this one. God knows how I actually was able to find this trick coz its pretty long.
BTW, this is NOT a board problem, you should have no problem going above 270 as I'm at 295 right now. Just do what I did and the board will OC like a beast.
@Thenura, Yeah, but I beat Nagaya's E7200 too, and he's apparently on Win 7 (which isn't as much of a resource hog as Vista is).
Edit:
@Anusha, Vcore is 1.312V.

Oh and for voltage, you can pin mod it to any voltage you want.

Btw, why not pick up the board I have? Just 5400 bucks at PC Partner. You can OC much more with that and the FSB is 1600. For 5400 bucks, it really is worth it if you want to OC more. I have CPU voltaged up to 0.2500V and RAM volts up to 0.30.
