Hi,

Don't order Routers or Mobiles phones because legally you have to get approval from TRC (Telecommunication Regulation Commission ) and for those items you have to pay taxes.

Note: Some times you can skip it but you have to much smart.

Go to above URL to check the taxes. You should have to know the HS CODE of the specific item. HSCODE is unique code for each and every item type.
For Example: All LCD monitors may have same HS code

You can find the HSCODE from the internet and I'm not sure that some taxes which are updated recently by the Government is not included to above list.

Hi,

Machan, whether they seller has marked as gift or what ever our custom people will catch it. Hm... seems item price is little high..ok well You should be lot smart to dealing with these people okkk?

If seller marked this item as mobile phone it will be little problem.
There is 60% possibility that your item will caught but i can't say 100% surly any way there are few things you should know.

1) This is chines product so if they marked this item as electronics and put very less price (50$ ) then u can be survive.

2) I don't know the exact procedures of TRC to get approval but it should not much difficult.I think you should have to provide detailed description of the item to them and it might take some time to get approval.

3) Machan you know every country custom people are corrupted so get a advantage from it.
Ask them to give some money instead of paying tax and get approval but machan be careful ok? coz every officer might not take money so try to catch lower grade workers and don't give money for every people ok?

4)First find out the rough tax amount you have to pay for mobile phone and then decide how much you can give for custom people instead for taxes and approval of TRC. I'm sure that if you try this correctly you can released this item from custom without any trouble.

5) If you item was caught by custom then you will received a post mail and you should have to go to Main post office which is hadnling foreign letters and parcels. In there from the security guy to to level officers all are do any thing for money... So try to get advantage from it.
But never asked or give money publicly.Just asked their mobile number and give a call it's better (I had few numbers but dam I have lost all of those contacts ).
Just tell them that you didn't know u have to get approval from TRC for this product and asked them to can they do any thing else instead of that.... Remember answer only what they have asked okk if they didn't asked TRC approval don't even say letter "T"...

6) Tax amunt may be 1000/= 4000/= roughly or may be 0/=
