The Long Wait 1954

- You're not really sick and yet you're not yourself. You have what we call a general amnesia. Your past is a total blank. Your wallet, your driver's license, social security, they were all in your coat. If they hadn't been burned, we'd have something to go on to. One of these days, the part of your brain that remembers will start working again. How, we don't know, but it just happens that way. Could be soon, it might be months. It might even be years.

- I'm checking out, doctor. It's time I started looking for myself.

- Somebody's trying to shoot me up for good. Why?

- I should say because you've been going around asking questions.

- Yeah. I don't like the answers I've been getting.··· There's a locked door up here. Vera's got the key. Maybe when it's open I won't like what's inside and but good or bad, I'm gonna tear the town apart. I've got to find her.··· Losing your memory makes you mind work sharper. Now, the average person remembers things but half the time he remembers wrong. A guy with amnesia has nothing to fog his mind. He's got nothing to remember. So he makes deductions like a detective.

Cure 1997*

- The killers aren't related in any way, and they're all perfectly rational. They can't remember committing the crime. They admit intent, then say afterwards they were stunned. The devil made them do it is all I can guess.

- Hypnotism itself is a very common technique. But even if you manage to hypnotize someone you can't change

But he's also a man with a very complex personality. Don't talk to him. You don't know what could happen. Don't get in too deep. ···I want to show you something. A film on hypnotherapy. I don't think she is human.

- So what do you think she is?

- Evil entity who has been living in someone's body. Often imitate that person's look.

- This article says, in cities there are Satan worshiping cults which are related to fertility. Someone who wishes to have a child but barren. They can join the cult. Then they'll get pregnant. As long as they can have a child. But, however, the last child must be given to the cult to be sacrificed when he reaches 7 years old. You're twenty two. I'm sixteen. and Bondi is ten. What if Mom didn't have the heart to give us to that cult so before her last child reaches 7 years old Mom always had a new baby. Do you remember. When Mom still performed I always accompanied her. Everytime she had an event. There were always a group of people never mingled with others. But they were always there. The last child Seven years old. Ian turns seven in three days. But the article says the child can only be taken if his family gives him up.

- Taken how?

- That's the part that I don't believe. It says that the promised child will be taken by the living dead. According to the article, we can't defeat them. But we can disobey their rules. They won't be able to take a child. Unless he's given up by his family. Sister, there's something else in the magazine. Women in that cult weren't impregnated by their husbands.
