among other things, a proper guideline on sources of items directly referred here, needs to be established. like for e.g. i am not sure whether i have to separately give a link to a youtube vid when i embed the same.
further the rep system needs to be modified. for e.g. a moderator can be automatically informed when a negative rep is given.
somehow hope all these discussions yield better future for EK.

Also I think we need the ability to report reps like this from the control panel.

But I think the thank system is better than the rep system. If we get the ability to "thank" someone twice in two or more different threads in the same day it'll be even better.

nop rep system will be there, heard of new member award system. don't know much details.

No but there's likely to be a copyrights issue. Especially with songs by local artists. So embedding mp3s might be a can of worms..Also we need the ability to embed mp3's. I see no bandwidth issue here.

elakiri needs a few full time modeators at least 2 per section. The amount of abuse hurled around here is really embarrasing. A korean friend of mine said this was almost like a lankan 4chan site. Abuse must be dealt immediately by mods so that they get censored.
