lol tracing IP address is not a good way of tracking down on multiple ID's
coz most of da members who are having multiple ID's use more than one access point , as far as i knw sme use one ID @ office and another @ home,in other cases they access via PC+Laptop in two different ID's ,So tracing IP to track down multiple ID's want work
