Finally, some sort of an overclocking experience with my CPU. I believe the RAM is working at 100% sync with the FSB (i.e. 664MHz). I can't check it. The software I used for overclocking doesn't show much details or let me change much things.
guess CPU-Z is showing ur FSB:RAM ratio as 1:1 nw... as 4 the s/w, BIOS OCing is the only reliable thing 4 me...
But what am I supposed to do? This is the only way.EmperorRXF said:yep... i believe that ur believes are true..![]()

CPU-Z doesn't show my RAM clocks even at stock :S
Wonder what the story behind that is![]()
may be a newer ver. of it will show the clocks... bt if i'm correct we both r havin KVR 800s... bt it shows mine....
did u try using EVEREST Ultimate... iz a much much much better CPU profiler than CPU-Z
also iz gt a couple of nice Benchmarks to chk hw ur new Memory Clocks r doing...There is a soft called clockgen. Can make the clocks up/down within OS.supports for AMDs dont knw about intels.AFAIK Its really good.Try it.Anusha said:But what am I supposed to do? This is the only way.

It doesn't have the correct PLL.zCexVe said:There is a soft called clockgen. Can make the clocks up/down within OS.supports for AMDs dont knw about intels.AFAIK Its really good.Try it.
yep with Intels .In nVidia it Correctly get the chip. But the setted clocks wont take effect.:S.I dont hav a use from it.CBid is good. But It has RAM tweakings. So changing them will restart the PC.Anusha said:It doesn't have the correct PLL.
Machan intel chips hav an identifying issue.nVidia chips hav another issue.Dont knw of ATIs.emperorRXF said:yep... thz if it supports his mobo... the bugger didnt support mine whn i chked it bout 2 weeks ago....
