I'd rather do the math first. If you were to buy an inverter fridge, that will set you in the north of 200K. That will save you like what, 5,000 a month?
Now that you know you take 600kWh/month, and the majority of it is during the day time for the A/C, invest in a solar system with 5-10kW. You don't have to spend a lot on batteries (just get 48V100AH LiFePo4 or lead-acid in series for 48V200AH), but shell out some eye watering money on good quality solar panels and an inverter that can work split-phase (so you can add multiple inverters in the future if it comes to that). The whole system will cost you around 1.5 million, but with a bill saving at around 25,000 / month, your investment will pay itself off in five years, with 10-15 life time left on the solar system. This is assuming there will be no inflation of CEB prices, but we all know they will jack up the prices in a year or two.
