මේවට ලංකාවෙන් එක කාර්යාලයකට ගිහින් ඉන්නවා 10ක් විතර සමහර ඒවගේ ඊට වැඩි.

පවුල් පිටින් ගිහින් ඉන්න අයත් ඉන්නවා

But, sadly, during the last several years the Foreign Service has been so politicized and deteriorated so much that instead of "Diplomats" now we have "Diplomutts"

There's nothing wrong if they paid with the respective country denomination.
We should step into an office to see how pathetic their work ethics and behaviors.

Some embassy offices are just keeping a tiny window to do the interactions with Lankans.

එම්බසි වල ඉන්න කාර්‍යමන්ඩලය කොටස් දෙකකට ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන් බෙදන්න පුළුවන් . ඉංග්‍රීසියෙන් කියනවා Home-based සහ Local staff කියලා . ඕන embassy එකක ක්‍රමය ඒකයි . මොකද එම්බසි ක්‍රියාත්මක වෙන්නේ වියානා සම්මුතියට අනුව නිසා. homebase කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය එම්බසියට මව් රටෙන් තමයි යවන්නෙ. Local ස්ටාෆ් කියන්නේ අදාල රටෙන් සේවයට බදවා ගන්නා අය. අර කියපු සම්මුතිය නිසාම , home-based නිලධාරියෙක් යවන විට ඔහුගේ පවුලටම යන්න අවස්ථාව සැලසෙන වා. එයාලට ඉන්න නිවසක් දරුවන්ට පාසලක් වෛද්‍ය පහසුකම් ඉතාම සහන මිලකට ලැබෙනවා . එන්න යන්න ගුවන් ටිකට්පත් වුනත් නොමිලේ . local. staff එකට ඒ කිසිවක් ලැබෙන්නේ නැහැ . වැටුප පමණයි .
අර homebase නිලධාරී සියල්ල diplomats ලාම නෙවේ . කොටසක් ලිපිකරු මට්ටමේ අය.

එම්බසිය පවත්වාගෙන යන ගොඩනැගිල්ලේ ඉඳලා වෛද්‍ය පහසුකම් දක්වා සියලුම වියදම් වෙනුවෙන් විදේශ කටයුතු අමාත්‍යාංශය මාස්පතා එම්බසි වලට මුදල් සපයනවා. එය ඩොලර් වලින් .

ගෘහ සේවිකාවන් නිසාම අරාබි රටවල තියන එම්බසි වල තත්වය මීට වෙනස් . ගෘහ සේවිකාවන් නිසා ලැබෙන ඩොලර්වලින් එම්බසියෙ වියදම් පියවාගෙන ඉතිරි මුදල ලංකාවට එවනවා . එය රටට ආදායමක්

නමුත් සේවිකාවන් වෙනුවෙන් ලැබෙන සේවය ප්‍රමාණවත් නෑ කියලා හැමෝම දන්නවා .

ඔබ නොදන්නවා උනාට එම labour අංශය කටයුතු කරන්නේ විදේශ නියුක්ති කාරයංශය දෙන උපදෙස් අනුවයි. අපි හිතමු ගෘහ සේවිකාවක් හිරිහැර නිසා එම්බසියට පැනල ඇවිල්ල තියෙනව කියලා . නමුත් ඇයව ලංකාවට එවනවද නැතිනම් වෙනත් නිවසකට මාරු කරනවා ද ආදිය තීරණය වන්නේ , විදේශ නියුක්ති කාර්යාංශය මගිනුයි. labour අංශය ට වි.සේ.නි. කාර්යාංශය පත්කර යවන labour officer ගෙන් බලාපොරොත්තු වෙන්නෙත්, හැකිතරම් ලාභය උපයන්න මිසක් , එම්බසියට එන සියලුම ගෘහ සේවිකාවන් ව, ටිකට් එකක් අරන් දීල ලංකාවට එවන්න නෙවෙයි .

embassy එකෙ අනෙකුත් කාරණා ක්‍රියාත්මක වන්නේ විදේශ අමාත්‍යාංශයෙ උපදෙස් අනුවයි. දිනපතාම email සිය ගණන් මෙම උපදෙස් සඳහා හුවමාරු වෙනවා .

එම්බසි කාර්ය මණ්ඩලවල වැරදි තිබෙනවා . නමුත් ඔවුන් ක්‍රියාත්මක වන්නේ ද උපදෙස් අනුව බව ගොඩක් දෙනෙක් දන්නේ නෑ .

Do they work their. Even in hong kong all indians are allowed 14 days entry visa but for srilankans we need even transit visa to enter transit area of airport! This is our international relations from our missions abroad. i want to know whether they are really qualified for their job ? sri lankan passport is one of the worst passports in the world. what they have done to overcome this ?

its so sad when you know you need a visa even to transit inside the airport. even some 3rd world countries put tough visa policies on sri lanka.
