My car drove about 3000KM in the last 5 months. This month I am sure I will not able to run 2000KM. Should I service the car for 6 months or leave to reach another 2000KM and do the service. Total waste of money for the vehicle due to Codvid.

just check the color of the oil and decide. No need to stick with the general instructions given by the oil manufacturer.

Either 6 months or 10,000KM if synthetic, whichever comes first.

You gotta decide if you wanna save a $50 by running older oil. New oil will help reduce any sludge build up and add a new protecting layer on top of the metal (so you are less likely to have metal on metal contact)

Technically you could wait until the oil is ineffective but you are risking major damage by doing it. If you live in a not so dusty area and use a very good air filter and use good quality oil + good quality gas on low mileage engine.... maybe it's alright but you would never know.

මගේ එක කාර් එකක මාස තුනෙන් ඔයිල් මාරුකරනව. ITB දුවන්නෙ. Air filter නැතුව
අනිත් එකේ මාස පහෙන් කරනව. Cone filter එකෙන් ඔයිල් කලුවෙනව මාස පහක් යද්දී.
දෙකටම දාන්නේ Speedaster / Idemitsu fully synthetic high ZDDP (ඔයිල්වල ගාන දැක්කොත් දවසක ගෑනි බෙල්ල මිරිකයි)
