I'm not sure, can you give an example I have no idea what 'present perfect tense' means..never learned English properly is the reason I suppose..Haven't taken classes for English after 9th grade

I will explain what is "present perfect tense" as I know. we are using PPT to explain something about happened in past in a particular time. But that related incident have a direct involvement with the present time. as an example if we say "I have completed the work", actually it means I completed my work in the past; but not right now. And it has a relation with present.
In PPT Passive Voice is being used when we explaining a activity that doer is not so definite.
we can say "The work has been completed (by me)

I think you are right, unfortunately I can't confirm it.

you can use active voice when the doer is Important..like 'I like you'

and you can use passive voice when the doer is not so important but what's being done is...like 'my heart is broken' doesn't matter who broke it..
