කව්රු හරි ඉංග්‍රීසි දන්න වැඩ්ඩෙක් මට මේක ඉංග්‍රීසියට හරවලා දෙනවද.

"2014 මයි මස 2 වන දින රාත්‍රී කාලයේ වැඩබිමේ නවතා තිබූ අංක XXXX දරන දොබකරයේ ඉදිරිපස වීදුරුව කිසියම් පුද්ගලයෙකු විසින් හානි කර අති අතර එම විදුරුව මත පුද්ගල පාවහන් සලකුනුද දක්නට ඇත, ඔබ ආයතනයේ නිලදාරින් එම මොහොතේ එම ස්තානයේ සිටි බැවින් වෙනත් පිටස්තර පුද්ගලයෙකුටද එහි අතුල් වීමට නොහැකි අතර එදින රාත්‍රියේ එම ස්ථානය සිටි ඔබ අයතනයේ සේවකයන් මෙහි වගකීම දැරිය යුතුය.

Please be advised that on 2nd May 2014 the crane bearing no xxxx has a shattered windscreen and some marks of a person's foot prints are also present on the windscreen. As there were only your authorised personal was at the site was present non authorised personal also from out side could'nt have done this. In this case your company's staff at the work site should take the responsibility for this matter.

In the date of 2nd May 2014 some one has cracked the windscreen of a crane which was bearing no XXXX .And also foot print of a person visible in the windscreen of the crane.At this time there was no out comer was permitted come to this area except your company workers.So in that case one of your company worker has done this and should take the responsibility of this.
