and ur XP cd may be a Slipstreamed one,so the inbuilt drivers might not be available,tell us more details.

A single rail doesn't necessarily mean it is good. There are way more things to consider. Just make sure you get at least 20A on the 12V rail.

here are the photos, quality is not good bcoz i don't wanted to shut down the PC to take those photos and also I used my phone cam which sucks at dark. Anyway you can clearly see the aux power supply for VGA.

It's on board vga. Compaq. Tower is old type.
