What was the shipping costs, and once you send the gerber file to them did they ask any other things ?

just use their uploader to attach gerber and drill files. and bom and pnr if you are doing assembly as well
they will reach you if yhey see any issues with the gerber files

shipping cost is same as what is shown on their website during checkout
but you may have to pay tax once it reaches SL

Does the pcb quality is good? And do they provide pcb top screen with components name ?

quality is excellent. if your top layer has component names they will be printed
