I recently received a package from the US that's been transferred to FedEx International.
My past shipping experiences have primarily been with DHL, so I have a few questions:

1. How long FedEx international shipping typically takes?
2. Do they handle taxes as DHL does?
3. How about the condition of packages upon arrival? Any potential damages?
4. Are there local tracking options with FedEx?
I've noticed that tracking seemed to stop after the package left the United States, whereas DHL's tracking continued once it arrived in Sri Lanka.

7-12 Days

2. Do they handle taxes as DHL does?

Yes, They'll call you when it's ready to pick up or deliver. You can pay taxes either COD or by bank deposit.

3. How about the condition of packages upon arrival? Any potential damages?

They'll handle it with care.

4. Are there local tracking options with FedEx?

Yes. They use "Citypack" as the local carrier. You can track it using the same FedEx tracking number.
