then do the easy thing and upload what you want to a site like sendspace and give the link to your friends, family. No fuss.

do NOT use IIS with MS FTP. its too weak and can be easily hacked.
To run your own FTP server, use Filezilla FTP server. Get it from http://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=server
Also in your router, forward TCP ports 20 & 21 to your PC so that connections from outside can connect to your FTP server.

or you can enable DMZ mode so all the incoming will be forwarded to the pc which you are runing ftp server / web server. no need to select port manualy

if the router is lock, press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds (find it outside the router), will clear the password

Also give more details about the network. Is there a server in the network ? is it running DHCP ? Is the router the common gateway ? or is it the server ?

i dont know about that but this is config to a VPN network as the it manager told Me..and my real ip is 168.187.69.***
