Someone has already finished PREY in under one hour

It’s been two days since PREY’s release and speedrunner ‘DraQu’ was able to beat the game in under an hour. According to the speedrunner, this run can be significantly improved as DraQu got lost and/or confused a couple times. Still, it’s pretty amazing that a speedrunner has managed to beat the game in under an hour just two days since its release. Enjoy the video after the jump!

Quake Champions – Open beta phase begins on May 12th


Bethesda has announced that Quake Champions will receive an open beta on May 12th. According to the publisher, this will be a large scale tech test, during which the game will be available to everyone, and will be kept online 24/7 until May 21st.

Bethesda will also lift the NDA for Quake Champions’ beta phase on May 12th. This basically means that players will be able to capture and share videos and screenshots.

​

The tech test will feature all the modes that are currently available in the game’s closed beta phase (Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Duel), as well as the new 4v4 Sacrifice mode.

Rumour alert everyone; it appears that the first off-camera screenshot for the new Assassin’s Creed game, Assassin’s Creed: Origins, has been leaked online. Ubisoft declined commenting on it, so this could be the real deal.Assassin’s Creed: Origins, previously known as Assassin’s Creed Empires, will be a vast open world experience taking place in ancient Egypt.

According to various leaks, this will be biggest Assassin’s Creed game that will feature a greater emphasis on exploration, will be less linear, will feature a character progression system less tied to the story, will let players explore ancient Egypt, will let the player to sail the Mediterranean, and will feature Naval combat.

This new Assassin’s Creed game will most likely be released this year.

Need for Speed 2017 will support a proper single-player offline mode

Ghost Games has revealed some new information about the next Need for Speed game. The development team has confirmed that it will be coming out this year, and that it will feature a proper offline single-player mode.​

As Ghost Games claimed:​

“So, when release day rolls around for the next Need for Speed, you will be able to play through a single player experience completely offline. Before you ask, and we know you will, this does mean you will be able to pause the game.”

Customization will also play a strong role and will not go away, and the new Need for Speed game will also feature cop chases.Our guess is that EA will showcase this new Need for Speed game at this year’s E3, so stay tuned for more!
