so in my point of view i would plan to install a GPU in future.
not now. that is why it needs a psu like this (even though 650 W is my best choice)

Are you smoking something? this one can be OC to 5 GHz. i think you better find out what is OC means..... but to overclock it needs advanced options on your MB. so that is why you need a good mB to build this kinda PC

What is the video resolution you plan to play at anyway? 4K? 1080p?

Your processor is a non K edition. You cannot really do any real overclocking on that processor so that motherboard would also be an overkill.

If I were you I'd get a 550W PSU.

Did you say the MSI B360M Mortar was 23000? I see it listed on Redline price list for 19k but apparently it's showing as out of stock.

If you are spending 23000 on a motherboard, check and compare the following boards too as they are in the same price range:
Gigabyte Z370M-DS3H
Asus PRIME H370-Plus
MSI B360 Gaming Pro Carbon (25k)
Asus ROG Strix B250F Gaming

For the BClk overclocking to work, it needs specific motherboards on a specific BIOS version. You may even need to downgrade the BIOS to an older version. This is not even possible on some motherboards.

And do you know how stable an overclocked non-K edition processor over the long haul?
Get real. Are you actually planning to do any of this shit in real life? If you are that much hardcore about overclocking, you'd want the K edition.

we have price limit. read from the begining
and i didn't talk about OC at all from beginning
i meant the power of the processor over 6 cores and 12 threads on 3.X gHz was enough for gaming.

yup for 1070 55 is enough. but man i just arguing about freely upgrade these items at future . what if he had money for 1080? or he plan to upgrade memory or cooler? in that case he had to buy another PSU . so why don't spend 5000 more and full fill those requirements now ?
