Yes but I had a few problems a few years before as well so they have looked at everything made a decision. Utterly stupid. I had 100% Job Success till 2 weeks ago.
Mehesh and I had a disagreement on expectations for a job so I had an experience that didn't end as well as I had hoped.
My caution to future people looking to hire hims is he always demands payments be released before working on milestones, even when funds are deposited in escrow. He also isn't shy about asking for more money be added to the job.
Both of these were turn offs for me.
The first milestone took longer than he expected and he asked for more money. I wasn't pleased but I could see where he was coming from and I obliged. We had an honest misunderstanding midway through the job and both he and I thought the project scope was different. We tried to work on a resolution but he kept demanding to have all funds released to him even though they were in escrow, I wouldn't agree. After all, what's the point of escrow if you're going to be doing that?
We weren't able to resolve it which was unfortunate. His skill level is there and while I don't think he's a bad freelancer, I won't be hiring him for future work on my projects.
