Graduate කියන්නෙ උපාධිදාරි කියන එක.Post Graduate කියන්නේ පශ්චාත් උපාධිදරි කියන එකට.ඒ කියන්නේ උපාධියට පස්සේ කරන උපාධිය වගේ.කියන අර්ථය.

After complete u r degree, u r Graduate

somewhat correct.. but duration of almost all of these levels could vary depending on the field / university. taking IT as an example, there are many institutes that offer 3yr degree programmes.. and four yr programmes are most of the time special [hons] degrees.. where u can specialize in one certain area [i.e. networking]

Masters programmes [postgraduate] are usually 1.5-2 yr programmes. usually after completing the 1st year of the masters programme u can obtain the postgraduate diploma. For the masters program also u have several options like MSc, MBA, MA etc.
