Make sure u Guys have to use compatible web browser IE 6 or 7 for this Process.I know its some kind funny asking to use IE 6 or 7,Reason Why All the United States Government Web Sites are Well Defended By the Great Firewall System.usually they ll take while to Upgrade their Firewall to New Browser versions.If you use the Incompatible Browser Versions it may be caused to some missing features in the web site or malfunctions.Bcoz it doesn't have enough Security access go through the firewall.

02.You Doesn't have any confirmation Number yet,you'll get your confirmation Number when you guys Done your registration.

03.Don't Forget You are applying for 2013...... Not For 2012.
