No time to write anything... We have a very tight program visiting all 5 countries in the Central Asias. Today arrived early at the hotel to watch a cultural show at 5.15PM. Uzbek traditional Culltural show with music, dancing & their costumes.

Food superb!!! I have virtually travelled all over the World but the best lamb skewers were in Kazhakhstan & the best Chicken skewers in Tajikistan. No words can describe the taste or the tenderness of the meat. Chicken was marinated in lemon, lime and their herbs.
Also very reasonable prices . Liquor prices absolutely cheap. Their own Vodka & Cognac unbelievable prices. Imported ones are reasonably priced.
Most restaurants serve a kilo of trout. Superbly baked whole fish.

Also I should mention their egg plant dish. It was lightly coated and deep fried, not so oily but crisp. Served in a salad with Fetta cheese, tomatoes, capsicum etc. Way better than our was of preparation.

I will post some photos later. Our official photographer didn't join (our son) so it's a bit difficult. Otherwise he uploads and gives me the links. He's now employed and also he told me that he's been travelling since he was able to walk and he doesn't need to go anywhere else.
