Has SLT blocked Warez-bb?

I can't access warez-bb.org
It works when I use proxy. Has SLT blocked warez-bb? I tried contacting SLT, but they didn't give me a proper answer. Some of they say no , and some of them say they'll call me back.
Can it be that wbb has blocked sri lankan ip's from connecting? Whom should I contact at warez bb to know whether our ip's are blocked?

no warez-bb has been down yesterday and yes warez-bb blocked some ips of lanks for hacking actitivities

Best for you is the use of proxy and save bookmark using that proxy link
