Help එකක් ඕනේ OCD Help

යාලුවනේ මට OCD තත්වයක් තියෙනවා. මම ඒකෙන් ගොඩක් දුක් විදිනවා. OCD තත්වයක් කියල හදුනා ගන්න උදව් කරපු එලකිරි යාලුවන්ට මුලින්ම ස්තුති කරනවා. මට දැන් ඒ සදහා ප්‍රතිකාර ගන්න උවමනා වෙලා තියෙනවා.

මට මේ දේට ගාල්ල කරාපිටිය රෝහල හරහා ප්‍රතිකාරගන්න පුලුවන් ක්‍රමේ සහ විස්තර දන්නවා නම් කියන්නකො. කොතනටද අපි යන්නෙ. කාවද හමුවෙන්න ඕනේ? මොන දවස්වලද වගේ විස්තර. අනේ ලොකු පිං ඔයාලට.
