help How to create a network...

Today I bought a 4 port router, in order to share my internet connection with my little Bro.
So I simply connect my computer and his computer to router via network cabal.
Now my little network working correctly….

But how can I manage my network , and share devices like Printer . Is there any software to do it ?
And in my little Network , who or what computer working as a server ? , or how to create my computer as a sever? And my bro. computer as a client ?

Guys please help me …

Look at the back of router, there MUST be an IP address and details of Administrative login & password - you need to configure it, if you could provide the model number I would gladly provide step-by-step configuration

It is simple you need to configure WAN port first either enabling it with Static or DHCP IP whichever applies (ISP) then the other four ports could be used to provide IP address using built-in DHCP
