Wow a different comment from xpert aiya!
    I thought u'd lik the 2nd one!

Personaly I like the 2nd one.

But theoratically you'll get more chance by the 1st CV. Coz roughly people spend only 30 - 40 seconds to read through a CV. So when you use colours the attention goes to the design but not the content. So the chances will get reduced... :) (Didn't want to discourage your creation bro :))

Add an "Objective" to the CV. And remember... you need to customize the CV every time you apply for a job. You can't have a single CV for each and every job. CV should focus more on the job you're applying and make it relevant to the job.
As an example, when applying to a Marketing position, you have to make the CIM qualification more prominent. ;) All the best

hmm it's all about wether u give the correct RELEVANT information:)
In accomplishing the main objective, it z damn important that u make one which they won't ignore or regret, so better be creative n attractive. Attractive in the sense doesn't mean u have to be very fancy & all, been professional will be a way of attractive. Also when designing the CV, u've to focus on z the job u r applying;):)
Decision z urs to be made, if I was u I wud choose the 2nd one since beena designer my self like the format of it;):)
