If you want to be a good customer, pay the amount.
If you dont want to pay for some reason,

Let them to do the next step. They can't go to court straightaway.
1. They should inform you officially that you owe them money and if you did not pay, they gonna sue you. For this they will send you Letter of Demand through a lawyer.
Once you received the letter of Demand, you have following options to do

1. Admit you owe the money
2. Deny you owe the money
3. Ask for more information
4. Do nothing
5. Negotiate with the creditor
6. Popular content

Goto 3rd option and reply officially (do in in English | makesure the letter is CCed to the lawyer as well.), and ask for a breakdown of the amount that you should pay them. (Usually they dont keep all the history records. )
If they can't explain, then you can deny to pay.
