help on power consumption

Hi guys,
I need to know how to determine what sort of power supply do i need to run my computer quite & smoothly?

My pc's configaration
AMD 64 x2 5200+
ASUS M3N78- hd
2 GB 800 Ram
Asus 8600 GT 512
250 HDD
2 x DVD rw (sata)
DVD rom
2 system fans
thermaltake mini typhoon (prosessor cooler)
