Didn't go with it. Too many horror stories. Went with fairfirst.

They paid all right but then docked about 20% off the final claim saying it was "undervalued"

so I left them for Fairfirst.

There's no clear cut way Ceylinco values cars for insurance, they could say your car was undervalued if it's worth more when you make a claim.

This time it was just a 54K mirror, but imagine if it was millions worth of damage.

Anyone using this?

I would advise you not to, too many bad reviews. Go with Fairfirst, Ceylinco or SLIC.

Currently im using srilanka insuarance. But year by year amount getting increased by more than 10k.
With fairfirst i have a bad experience, once they refuced to claim an accident happend in home guarage

Well HNB not only denied a claim with zero explanation but also threatened legal action against the customer when he posted on facebook about his experience

Zero explanation as to why they're rejecting the claim?
