BTW,
Go Start -> Control Panel -> Power Options,
Then click on the Hibernate tab,
Then check the 'Enable Hibernation' Checkbox,
Then click Apply and OK
This will Enable Hibernation
You need to do this first if that Shift hold thing wont work...
NOTE : This will take/reserve about 500MB of ur Disk Space on drive C:
I can't remember XP, but isn't Hibernation enabled by default? (if there is enough disk space in C: ) I can't remember. It is enabled by default in Vista, at least for me

And, the size of the hiberfile.sys file is exactly the same size as your physical RAM. If you have 2GB RAM, the file will be 2GB.
