How is my new computer?

Machans I'm gonna get a new computer so what do you think of these parts?

Is it Cool or any suggestions?

CPU:- Intel - 2.33ghz Core 2 Quad 4mb
M/B:- Msi P43t - C51
RAM:- 2gb (Ddr2) Kvr800 Kingston *2 (Thats 4GB in total)
VGA:- Asus Engts250 Ddr3(1GB)
P/S:- Amacrox 500w
Case:- Foxconn Tla 882 Large
HDD:- Samsung 320gb Sata
ODD:- Asus DVD-Ram with LightScribe

and can some one tell me a good CPU cooler around 4,000

Dont go for MSI board... go for Intel G41 board,,dats better..
and why do u need a Core 2 Quad..go for Core 2 duo..

Asus lightscribe DVD wr is no more in unity.. there may be some old stocks..
and the Asus 9400GT 1 GB is 10000/=
9800GT is 26000/=

go for a 2 GB ram cz 4 GB ram costs 12000..invain

Intel G41 MB dont have a PCI-Ex x16 2.0 slot
I all ready have a core 2 duo so why should i get anther?
9400 GT is old and will not be able to keep up with new games
I'm gonna Use a 64-bit windows 7 OS so 4GB is a must (2GB is da minimum )

my 1st choice was ATI 4870 but its very expensive so had to settle for the nVidia 250 GT
