yeah machan bt Foxconn MB are bettr..it gives max performance with overclock...MSI boards are not much good in present..

Intel G41 MB dont have a PCI-Ex x16 2.0 slot
I all ready have a core 2 duo so why should i get anther?
9400 GT is old and will not be able to keep up with new games
I'm gonna Use a 64-bit windows 7 OS so 4GB is a must (2GB is da minimum )

Try for a new Asus Motherboard with DDR3 technology. I saw some are availiable in Barlays. also try to get at least a 500GB hard disk. other stuff seems ok bro.

well that's da problem we all have. well try your best. Asus board with DDR3 would cost you around 19000. then you would have to upgrade the ram that would increase your budget. anyway bro good luck.
