Being aware of breath is not concentrating on breath. They are diametrically opposite.
If you can be aware of your breath, along with what you are doing your mind will be pure and more powerful..and your work will have more depth.

It is said that what ever an arhanth does he is aware of his breath, effortlessly because he has eradicated all the defilements from his mind. We have to use effort for when we are aware of breath defilements start being eradicated.. making our mind purer... That is how being aware of breath helps.
One can celebrate being aware of it...
Walking and walking with awareness are different. Models on the ramp walk with awareness of walking..
Dancer moves with awareness of the movements of the body and music too... Are they easy... can be done by any?
