how to convert sdc to iso

hey i download win xp it is in sdc format.i try to convert with unpacksdc.exe.but when i try to type this unpacksdc sdc in run command it showing error.unpacksdc is not recognized as an internal or external command.i am using xp gammer edition.sp3.can u help me
