How to copy a whole website!

Hi guyz, I dont know advanced web designing, But I can develop small sites..still I wanna own a good website that includes some forum like this with all the functionalities and features of a social website..I was thinking if I could copy an existing one and alter / modify it according to my requirement..my aim is to develop a website that would deliver online education, discussion, answers for academic questions of students from lower grades to the PhD level in all desciplines...which would necessarily draw subject experts from IT, Medicine, Agriculture, Commerce etc...so this requires an advanced forum..it will not discuss stuff on politics..which is bullshit that only kills time...so if u like my idea/concept u can help me do this or u can simply give me an idea to copy a good site and modify it with some software such as Macromedia Contribute (not sure)...may be with Dreamweaver..
Advertisements that are related to the subjects being discussed will be displayed so some income could be generated...wanna make it a THAKSHALA for students of all ages.. who's in..please let me know....this is a good concept...because I'm a qualified person for this thing so I'm confident about my success..I dont care if someone's gonna copy my concept, I know such assholes do exist..am not afraid...
Please goyz help me..I thought of making it with a Flash interface with more attractive features such as sounds..

You can't just copy a dynamic web site,all the scripts(Php,asp,etc..) are on the server side,so if u want to build a forum,simply download and setup a free forum software,includes phpbb, minibb,blah blah...

Please clarify more machan, I have just a basic knowledge on web designing..I know HTML, Flash without action script, Dream weaver, photoshop etc..I have downloaded Lynda.com tutorials on PHP, Action Script, XML etc..but must learn them...

as i know and my experience.

grabber can copy the site. but i didn't find a way to run that folder as a web site.

so annoying. as i did it copied the site into a folder. but can see only main page. when i click the links on the main page, it did not connect with the other links

Grabber can only collect files as far as I know..but that one Niroshan told is great but the trial has less features, am looking for a pirated version.
