    1. Eat a high protein, high fat meal in the morning.
    2. Try getting up at the same time everyday, that's really important.
    Just try it for a week and see what happens

    3. Talk to someone , a professional if it really out of hands

    If you have lots of excess negative emotions, its really hard on you psycho-physiologically. Because you produce a lot of stress hormones.

    Don't live with it. There are lots of things you can try. - JP
