    Hi there,

For security reasons, a debit card or credit card can be associated with only one PayPal account. You received this error when you tried to add your card because the card you were trying to add was previously linked to another account.

If the other accounts are still open I would recommend that you close them, also if you call us directly we may be able to reset the card to allow you to add it to our systems again once we verify some information.

    Hope this helps!
